Observing reflection

In these days that I went to observe, I found that teaching is a really hard job.

That is an educator is not only being in front of a group, you need to control them, catch their attention, and resolve all their doubts. Fortunately, the Group that I went to observe is a good group. The most of it is participant and they do what the teacher says. Also we can saw a problem that catch our attention and it´s that we want to help to adults to get the same level, because we saw some pronunciation and attention problems. So we would like to make a deep research and try to find a solution.

In my microteaching I felt pretty nervous, because it was my first time, and I had o start a new topic. But at the end I could see that I can be a good teacher, but I need to correct some mistakes. I think that I could get their attention, and that the topic was clear.
